Brittany B. McKenna, Partner

Brittany has over 14 years of experience in litigation, including medical malpractice defense. She is a cum laude graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law (2012) and a graduate of the University of Kentucky (2007). 

After serving as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Kentucky, Brittany practiced civil litigation with a focus on medical malpractice defense and premise liability. 

In 2021, Brittany was appointed by Governor Andy Beshear to serve as a District Court judge.  As a District Court judge, she presided over thousands of cases in three counties and served as Chief District Judge for the 12th Judicial District.
