Coleman Cox, Associate

Coleman graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in both History and Spanish. He then attended law school at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where he was an Eminence Scholar. During law school, Coleman concentrated on both civil and criminal law, clerking at both a prominent personal injury firm and the United States Attorney’s Office in Columbus. He was a Staff Editor on the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law.

After graduating from law school in 2021 and passing the bar exam on his first attempt, Coleman began working for local criminal defense firm Cox & Mazzoli for his first year, gaining valuable trial experience. In July 2022, Coleman began working for Thompson Miller & Simpson.

Coleman is a native Louisvillian and fluent Spanish speaker. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis and golf.
