Colleen O. Davis, Partner

Colleen is an experienced trial attorney whose practice is primarily devoted to professional liability defense and employment law.

Licensed in Kentucky and Indiana, Colleen represents defendants through all phases of discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal, in both state and federal cases. She works with healthcare clients on sentinel event investigation and peer review, and she regularly consults with hospitals and physicians in drafting of policies and procedures not only to comply with changing statutory and regulatory law but also to comport with advances in medicine.

Colleen grew up in Lexington, Kentucky, and then lived in St. Louis and Chicago before settling down in Louisville upon graduating from law school. She earned both her undergraduate degree and her law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, where she served on its Law Review and clerked for a federal judge.

Colleen is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Louisville Bar Association, and the Kentucky Defense Counsel. Her pro bono work currently focuses on eviction defense, and she has published several articles relating to healthcare and employment law. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, traveling, and sports (UK, Louisville City Football Club, and Tottenham).
